Course Overview

The course is designed to help children develop strong language skills in Mandarin Chinese. Through creative activities, interactive exercises, and real-life scenarios, students will enhance their listening, speaking, reading, and writing abilities. They will expand their vocabulary, practice pronunciation, and gain confidence in using Chinese in everyday situations. Each module is brought to life with activities, exercises, and high-quality materials based on real-world topics that children are really interested in. The outcome is geared toward kids feeling more confident in class and having more time to work on their speaking skills during class time with their teacher and classmates. The learning materials used are equivalent to the Mandarin Youth Chinese Test (YCT) competency standards. After a student completes 1 level in this course, then the student can be said to be equivalent to the YCT that corresponds to that level and can register for the YCT exam according to the desired level.
